HOW DO I RENT WITH MY SPOT LONDON?

1. Check 'Our Lets' page or find us on Spare Room. If your requirements aren't met, then you can contact us and we will find the right property for you.

2. Arrange a viewing time. A member of our team will reach out to you.

3. Reserve a place by paying your deposit, fully protected through DPS.

4. Sign your contract. We will provide you with this once your deposit has been received.

5. Get your keys!

HOW DO I GIVE NOTICE TO LEAVE MY HOUSE?

Our tenants usually stay in our properties for a substantial time period, however we note that most people have to move on eventually.

Notice should be given through email. You can email us on our 'Contact Us' page or by clicking info@myspotlondon.co.uk.

Please ensure that you detail your full address and exact move-out date in your notice email.

HOW CAN I EXTEND MY CONTACT?

Most of our contracts have a minimum 3 month period.

If you decide to stay longer, you don't need to do anything as all of our contacts are rolling periods, with no maximum term.

HOW DO I PAY MY RENT?

Rent payments are due on the date stated on your contract. This should be paid directly to My Spot London as a bank transfer. We advise our tenants to set-up a direct debit in order to avoid falling into arrears.

Late rent payments can incur additional charges. If you know you are going to fail to make your rent payment in advance, please let us know as we will work with you to find a solution.
